Darwin is a proud supporter of the Family Services of the North Shore, a non-profit, community-based agency that has provided counselling, support, education and volunteer engagement to North Shore families for over the past 60 years. Servicing the three North Shore municipalities, along with Lions Bay and Bowen Island, the Family Services of the North Shore provides services to all residents regardless of race, gender, religion, culture, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or physical ability.

EMBERS is a Vancouver-based charity focused on community economic development. Each year, their goal is to empower thousands of people living on low incomes to become economically self-sufficient and develop productive futures by helping them access work opportunities, training and support. Through the EMBERS Staffing Solutions program, Darwin has been a long term partner, employing more than 1,600 site workers and skilled tradespersons who have worked more than 160,600 hours on Darwin job sites.
